Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the requirement analysis, coding development, and testing of mobile app-related projects for the company;
• Design and develop the company's mobile cross-platform framework based on Flutter;
• Independently complete the functional module development for mobile terminal product applications;
• Conduct preliminary research on new technologies;
• Control product quality and continuously improve product technology;
• Experience in Flutter hybrid development for iOS or Android native applications;

Job Requirements:

1. Familiarity with the consolidation of Flutter business components and performance optimization work;

2. Knowledge of Flutter performance optimization and asynchronous loading;

3. A deep understanding of thread asynchronous operations, UI rendering, and data synchronization in Flutter;

4. Participation in software design, analysis, and resolution of issues during the software development process; continuous follow-up on technical advancements in the Flutter community, with a preference for involvement in the technical development of the Flutter open-source community;

5. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Flutter technology stack development, familiarity with the setup of Flutter development frameworks. Familiarity with frontend or other cross-platform frameworks is preferred.
