Description
- Supervise daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Review and ensure accuracy of journal entries and reconciliations
- Monitor month-end and year-end closing activities
- Prepare financial reports and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Provide guidance, training, and performance monitoring to junior accounting staff
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies as needed
- Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures
- Support management with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Ensure timely filing of government-mandated reports and submissions
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy
- With a minimum of 2 years experience as Accounting Supervisor or 3 years as Accounting Team Lead
- Willing to work on-site for 6 days a week (Monday - Saturday)
