Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Finance Head to lead the financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the F&B industry, with expertise in financial planning, analysis, compliance, and risk management. This role requires excellent leadership skills, business acumen, and the ability to drive financial growth while ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, accounting standards, and corporate policies.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk mitigation strategies.
• Supervise financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business performance and profitability.
• Lead financial audits, liaise with external auditors, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Optimize financial processes, systems, and internal controls to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or MBA is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience in the Food & Beverage and Manufacturing industries.
• Expertise in financial planning, reporting, taxation, and compliance.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and financial software.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
