Who we’re looking for:


As part of the global support team based in Parañaque, Metro Manila, the Finance and Administration Officer will work closely with the National General Manager in Australia to provide excellent financial and administration services for the Empower business. Using your high level of communication skills, you will be responsible for:



Financial Performance
• Completing assigned tasks within allocated timeframes and specifications to contribute to the business’s financial success.


Systems and Technology
• Conducting internal audits of the Company Business Management System to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Updating, modifying, and maintaining the drafting office library to ensure current and accurate information is available.


Services
• Delivering high-quality financial and administration services to the Empower business.
• Completing all work with exceptional accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Proactively communicating with Empower team members to ensure smooth issue resolution and service delivery.


Clients
• Responding to client enquiries in a professional, timely, and friendly manner, ensuring a high standard of service.


Strategy
• Participating in business planning discussions to support strategic decision-making.
• Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement through coaching, mentoring, succession planning, and performance management.


People & Workplace Culture
• Demonstrating and promoting the value that “Our Business is Our People” in everyday interactions and workplace behaviour.
• Actively assisting colleagues with general office duties to foster collaboration and support across teams.



The successful candidate will have:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, banking and finance or any related course


  • Advanced and highly skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)


  • Demonstrates strong proficiency in both written and verbal English


  • Prepare end of the month reports


  • The ability to establish and maintain relationships across different functions in a global business
