HIRING FOR EVENTS COORDINATOR

LOCATED AT RAWIS LEGAZPI CITY

  • Planning, organizing, and executing events, ensuring they run smoothly from start to finish. Key duties typically include:
  • Event Planning: Develop event concepts, themes, and objectives. Create detailed timelines, budgets, and logistics plans.
  • Vendor Management: Identify, negotiate with, and manage vendors such as caterers, venues, entertainers, and suppliers.

Requirements

An events coordinator typically requires the following qualifications:

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality management, public relations, marketing, or a related field is often preferred, but not always necessary. Some people enter the field with a high school diploma and relevant experience.
  • Experience: Previous experience in event planning, customer service, or project management is highly beneficial. This can include internships, volunteering, or working in roles like administrative assistant or event assistant.
