Description
- Electrical Maintenance & Repairs
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems including lighting, power distribution, control panels, and machinery.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on electrical equipment and systems.
- Replace faulty wiring, switches, outlets, and circuit breakers.
- Installation & Upgrades
- Install new electrical systems and equipment as required for factory expansion or upgrades.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and electrical schematics.
- Safety & Compliance
- Ensure all electrical work complies with local codes, safety standards, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inspections.
- Respond promptly to emergency electrical issues.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with other maintenance supervisor and production teams to minimize downtime.
- Assist in planning and executing electrical projects within the factory.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electrical work preferred
- Valid NCII - Electrician
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial or factory building maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety procedures.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
