• Monitor and analyze the performance of e-commerce accounts (such as Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports based on platform data.
• Identify product trends, consumer behavior, and the effectiveness of promotional campaigns.

1. Account & Product Optimization:

• Analyze traffic, conversion rates, and pricing strategies for each product.
• Provide recommendations for product placement strategies, discounts, and bundling to enhance sales.
• Ensure that product content (titles, descriptions, photos) is optimized and aligned with platform algorithms.

1. Campaign & Promotion Management:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and evaluate campaigns.
• Manage participation in internal e-commerce campaigns such as flash sales, brand days, and payday promotions.
• Analyze the ROI of each campaign and make recommendations for improvements.

1. Collaboration with Internal Teams & Platforms:

• Coordinate with sales, marketing, supply chain teams, and e-commerce representatives (KAM / PIC from the marketplace).
• Assist in managing daily communication with the platform regarding promotions, penalties, or technical issues.

1. Competitor Monitoring:

• Conduct benchmarking of competitor pricing, promotions, and content strategies to maintain competitiveness.

• Minimum education of Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1–2 years experience in the fields of e-commerce, digital marketing, or data analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot, VLOOKUP, dashboard).
• Experience with e-commerce analytics tools such as Shopee Business Insight, Tokopedia Brand Analytics, or Google Data Studio (a plus).
• Able to think analytically and strategically, with attention to detail.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

1. Education:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in:
• Business Management
• Marketing
• Economics
• Statistics
• Industrial Engineering
• Information Systems or other relevant majors.

2. Work Experience:

• Minimum of 1–2 years experience in:
• E-commerce operations
• Online sales / marketplace management
• Data analysis or brand performance monitoring.
• Fresh graduates will be considered if they have internship experience or e-commerce projects.

3. Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, IF, etc.).
• Familiar with data dashboards such as:
• Shopee Business Insights
• Tokopedia Brand Analytics
• Google Analytics
• Data Studio / Tableau / Power BI (a plus).
• Understanding of marketplace algorithms, campaign strategies, and competitor analysis.

4. Non-Technical Skills:

• Strong in data analysis and logical thinking.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask under tight deadlines.
• Communicative and capable of working cross-functionally (with marketing, sales, supply chain teams).
• Problem-solving and highly proactive, especially in optimizing account performance.

5. Language and Communication:

• Proficient in Indonesian professionally.
• Active/passive English language skills are an advantage.

6. Others:

• Familiar with using and shopping on e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
• Understanding of the backend system or seller center from marketplace platforms.
