We're on the hunt for a Digital Marketing Executive who's ready to join our rockstar team and become a brand champion! As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for the creation and implementation of our company’s social media content. You will also manage tasks such as generating ideas for adverts and campaigns, creating website content, and designing digital materials and advertisements.

Here's a taste of what your day-to-day might look like:

• Crafting social media content that'll have people double-tapping on repeat. Think witty captions, eye-catching visuals, and strategies that'll make our brand the talk of the town (online, of course).
• Becoming a content creation chameleon. You'll be writing website copy, designing digital ads, and even whipping up presentations that'll leave a lasting impression.
• Helping us stay ahead of the curve. You'll be our resident trend-spotter, suggesting innovative campaign ideas and keeping us on top of the ever-evolving marketing game.
• Data, data, glorious data! You'll analyze results, recommend improvements, and create reports that'll make us all say "BOOM!" (in a business-appropriate way, of course).
• The master of many hats. You'll assist with budgeting, project management, and even some logistical magic for events and shoots.

Job Scope:

Create marketing strategies based on current trends, extensive research and fundamentals and principles of Marketing.

• Prepare creative marketing content for social media platforms and other owned media platforms
• Create customizable templates that can be used for multiple purposes, including presentations and reporting
• Help design valuable content, promotional/thematic materials, and videos
• Write copies for marketing and communication materials, including infographics and social media posts
• Create promotional materials for the brand such as videos, advertising campaigns, social media posts. Write a copy, produce designs or infographics
• Assists the Digital Marketing Manager in monitoring and regulating the approved campaign budgets.
• Designs artworks for marketing and promotional requirements for online and offline use.
• Creates relevant and impactful social media content and write-ups; Prepares the social media calendar of the company and its projects.
• Analyzes performance of online promotions and social media campaigns and recommends action plans for its improvement.
• Creates the Performance Report and creates Marketing Presentation as per the direction of the Digital Marketing Manager
• Manage end-to-end Digital marketing projects
• Manage the logistical requirements of Digital events, campaign shoots, and any other ad hoc duties that may arise
• Conduct market research to identify future trends and campaign ideas and recommend new ideas for strengthening our brand

Qualifications:

Graduate of a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Business Development, or equivalent.

With at least 2-3 relevant work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, a definite advantage

Must have a data analytics experience using Google Analytics or any CRM tool.

Preferably with experience in using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and basic video editing.

With impressive design skills and a strong knowledge of various social media platforms

Understanding of digital advertising tactics

Basic copywriting skills
