Qualifications:

• Must be available to start ASAP or have at least 15 days official notice period if currently connected.
• 4+ years of experience in a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) role, with proven experience in cloud and on-premises environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and configuration management with Ansible.
• Solid expertise in containerization and orchestration tools, including Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), and Rancher.
• Proficient in CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance, using tools such as Jenkins and ArgoCD.
• Experience with system administration on Linux environments, including troubleshooting, performance tuning, and automation.
• Familiarity with reverse proxy and web servers, especially NGINX configuration and optimization.
• Practical knowledge of system components and services such as Redis, RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, and etcd.
• Experience in scripting and automation using Bash, Python, Groovy, and DSL.
• Proficiency with version control systems, especially Git.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools, preferably AppDynamics or equivalent.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex system issues across a distributed environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain cloud and on-prem infrastructure to support scalable, secure, and highly available web and mobile travel applications.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible to automate provisioning, configuration, and management of system resources.
• Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes, with orchestration and deployment through Rancher and ArgoCD.
• Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines leveraging Jenkins and Git-based workflows to streamline software delivery and deployment processes.
• Monitor system health and performance using AppDynamics and other observability tools to ensure reliability and uptime of services.
• Deploy and manage critical middleware components such as Redis, RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, and etcd across environments.
• Maintain and optimize web server infrastructure, including configuration of NGINX for performance, security, and scalability.
• Develop and maintain scripts and automation tools in Bash, Groovy, Python, and DSL to enhance DevOps operations and system reliability.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and product managers in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Participate in incident response and root cause analysis, continuously improving system resilience and response strategies.
