- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products/services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
- Stay informed about product updates and services.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong command of the English language; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with potential for remote work; standard hours may vary.
- Qualities and Traits: Patient, attentive, and passionate about helping others; strong problem-solving capabilities.
