- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma required.

- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in the English language, strong customer service skills, and bilingual in Japanese.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with a structured schedule and potential for remote work.
