- Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and messaging platforms professionally and promptly.
- Resolve issues, complaints, and requests related to products or services.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on open inquiries.
- Collaborate with other teams to provide effective solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements
- College graduate (Finance, Accounting, Entrepreneurship, and Marketing Courses)
- Good communication skills written and verbal
- Willing to work onsite
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
- Can start ASAP
