Description
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly handling incoming inquiries and resolving issues, focusing on resolving matters during the first contact.
- Identify and address any additional customer needs while ensuring a polite and professional demeanor.
Requirements
- College undergrad and/or bachelor’s degree holder (any course).
- At least 6 months of BPO/CSR voice experience.
- Fresh graduates and career shifters are encouraged to apply.
- Willing to work onsite in either Quezon City or Taguig City.
- Work schedule: Graveyard / Night shift.
