  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via [phone, email, chat, etc.].
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools.
  • Resolve customer complaints by determining the cause, offering solutions, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve processes.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and policies.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
  • IT background and good in identifying hardware is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency with Google Sheet and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Language requirement, English.
