HIRING: Airbnb Operations & Content Coordinator — Social Media + Video + Luxury Staycation Team (Pasay Based | Hybrid)


  • Manage Airbnb, Agoda, and Direct Booking platforms (calendar, pricing, listings, guest messaging)
  • Handle guest inquiries, bookings, check-ins, check-outs, and satisfaction follow-ups
  • Coordinate daily housekeeping and maintenance schedules
  • Monitor and replenish inventory of supplies and unit essentials
  • Create engaging social media content (reels, stories, posts) for Airbnb marketing
  • Produce simple property tour videos, promotional clips, and reels using basic video editing apps
  • Assist with email marketing promotions for direct bookings (Mailchimp or simple CRM tools)
  • Prepare basic reports for unit performance and occupancy


Work Setup:

  • Hybrid (work-from-home for online coordination + site visits as needed in Pasay / Metro Manila)
  • Flexible schedule (depending on guest bookings; may include weekends)

Requirements

  • Must be residing in Pasay or very nearby Metro Manila areas (Makati, Manila, Taguig, Paranaque)
  • With 1-2 years experience in Airbnb, hotel, hospitality, or property management operations
  • Strong knowledge of social media content creation (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Canva)
  • With basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, or similar mobile editing apps)
  • Familiar with email marketing tools (Mailchimp or CRM is a plus)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and client-service driven
  • Computer literate: Google Workspace, Spreadsheets, CRM tools
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Flexible schedule to handle guest needs and occasional site visits
  • Must have a strong work mindset, proactive attitude, and ability to work independently
