- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer records and database entries.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality.
- Recognize and escalate complex issues to senior staff as needed.
- Foster positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: At least 2nd year college completer.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of customer service experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
