Position: CSR

Number of hours: 40 Hrs/week

● Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner

● Provide solutions to customer issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction

● Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM tools like Salesforce, Citrix, or similar platforms

● Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex concerns

● Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to offer accurate assistance

● Customer Service Sales

● At least six months of experience in a customer service role

● Strong verbal and written communication skills

● Experience in solar energy is preferred.

● Residency in Bulacan, Philippines is a plus.

● Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

● Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities

● Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset

● Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if required

Preferred Skills:

● Handling inbound and outbound calls

● Upselling products and services

● Telemarketing or sales experience

● Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Citrix, or similar platforms
