Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or call center environment preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, team player, proficient in English language.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment, must be comfortable with phone communication.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
