Description

  1. Oversee and monitor all customer service-related concerns on a monthly basis.
  2. Monitor internal collection activities and ensure timely reporting each month.
  3. Track and evaluate customer feedback and suggestions to improve service delivery.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer inquiries, complaints, and the actions taken to address them.
  5. Coordinate and communicate effectively with relevant internal departments to address customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution.
  6. Provide clear explanations, solutions, and guidance to customers to resolve issues efficiently.
  7. Prepare and submit regular performance reports on customer service metrics monthly.


Requirements

  1. Graduate of any four-year Business Course
  2. Must have product and process knowledge
  3. Possesses excellent communication and listening skills
  4. With professional attitude and strong work ethics
  5. Has the ability to build and maintain good relationship with clients
  6. Computer proficient especially Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
