Description
- Act as a primary liaison between customers and the sales team.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored product solutions.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and demos.
- Respond to inquiries and clarify product specifications.
- Assist in the creation of proposals and contract negotiations.
- Maintain thorough product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students with relevant internship experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer interaction skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Support sales teams, respond to customer inquiries, and assist in product demonstrations.
