Description
- Vision & Strategy: Lead the creative vision for campaigns, branding, and digital/print content.
- Team Leadership: Manage designers, writers, and multimedia artists to ensure cohesive output.
- Concept Development: Brainstorm and pitch innovative ideas for campaigns, products, or brand experiences.
- Client/Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and sales teams to align creative work with business goals.
- Quality Control: Oversee design processes, from concept to final delivery, ensuring brand consistency.
- Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of industry trends in design, tech, and consumer behavior.
Requirements
- Experience: 7+ years in creative roles (agency or in-house), with 3+ years in leadership.
- Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing cross-platform campaigns (digital, social, print, video).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or other design tools.
- Soft Skills: Storytelling, collaboration, and ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
- Education: Degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field (optional but preferred).
- Key Traits: Visionary thinker, detail-oriented, persuasive communicator.
