Description

I.GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY

 

§ Guiding and leading the team to achieve and exceed expectations in the monthly target commitments set by the management.

§ Oversee operations to ensure efficiency and effectively.

§ Create and nurture a positive working environment and relationship with the team.

§ Contributes information, strategies, and market trends during sales meetings that are beneficial to the sales growth of the company.

§ Complies with all the Policies and Procedures of Wurth Philippines Inc./Wurth Group.

§ Ensures that all known company’s information is kept confidential.

§ Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

 

II.SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

 

§ Sales penetration and area saturation

§  Achieve sales productivity: Customer visits, New and reactivated customers, increase product lines, product demonstration and trainings, introduction of new products, conduct customer business reviews.

§ Provide product training, demonstration, and presentations.

§ Deal with customers' complaints

§ Provide individual’s team KRA’s and KPI’s and conduct evaluation though performance appraisal on a quarterly basis.

§ Provide coaching and mentoring to the team.


Requirements

  • Graduate of a bachelor’s degree in any field or vocational courses
  • Sales experience in automotive and after-sales
  • Decision-making ability and a sense of responsibility
  • Planning and organizational skills
  • Building relationships

  • Negotiation
  • Product expertise / product demonstration
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Good communication skills
  • Capacity to lead with poise and conviction
