OVERALL PURPOSE:

• Supports the development and implementation of Corporate Marketing activities:

o Brand Management

o Corporate Communications

o CSR

• Manages Survey and Research Activities as needed
• Plays a key role in other Events, Programs and Projects, as specified

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

A. Brand Management

• Responsible for the maintenance and recommends ways to strengthen Suy Sing’s brand identity
• Custodian of the company's brand book and ensures adherence to brand guidelines
• Maintains and enhances assigned channels for consistency of look and feel and messaging
• Creates corporate materials that represent the brand
• Independently work with departments in ensuring optimum brand care and level up brand exposure to both internal and external parties
• Facilitates the Communication Request from departments to ensure timely and accurate announcement of information
• Crafts message and disseminates to relevant Marketing members for announcement via different channels (Social Media, SMS, Viber, Email, etc.)
• Creates artwork, as needed that is consistent with the brand

B. Corporate Communications

• Works as a core project team member to ensure timely conceptualization, production and implementation of Corporate Communication Campaigns
• Facilitates in the accreditation of agencies
• Independently work with agencies/creative teams in producing materials, such as videos, ads, etc.
• Collaborates with pertinent departments for campaign requirements, implementation and compliance
• Creates compelling content for various channels that support the brand messaging
• Monitors campaign performance and prepare reports with valuable insights

C. CSR

• Assists in the planning and implementation of CSR activities

D. Survey and Research Activities

• Manages the methodology of Survey and Research requirements of the team as needed

E. Events, Programs and Projects

• Assists and takes part in new Events, Programs and Projects, as assigned
• May be assigned to Corporate Marketing events and activities, such as Suki Day, Grocers’ Guide, etc.

F. Teamwork

• Stays up to date with current Marketing trends and technologies
• Contributes to overall team achievement
• Accepts new projects readily
• Assumes responsibilities beyond his/her own, when needed
• Undergoes cross training and provides support to Corporate Promotions, as needed
• Helps build spirit of team camaraderie
