Description
- Performs a technical, organizational and supervisory role on construction projects
- Project Planning and implementation.
- He does all coordination in the project
- Budget management
- Quality Control
- Day to day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force;
- Coordination, communication and reporting. Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plans and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines;
- Safety Management.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Mechanical Engineering
- Preferably from a construction company
- At least 2 yrs or more year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- With experience in Fire Protection and Plumbing
- Hardworking, can work efficiently under time pressure
- Can perform multiple tasks
- Can handle and finish a project independently
- Responsible and has a sense of urgency
- Willing to be assigned anywhere in Pasay City
