Support Compliance and Reporting: Assist with compliance-related tasks, including preparation of reports for government agencies (e.g., SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth) and ensure adherence to local labor laws and tax regulations.

Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required.
Knowledge of Compensation and Benefits: Understanding of compensation structures, benefits programs, and relevant labor laws and regulations.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze compensation data, conduct market research, and generate reports to support decision-making processes.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and written communication skills to effectively explain compensation packages, benefits, and policies to employees.
Experience: Previous experience in compensation and benefits administration or a related HR field is preferred, typically 1-3 years.
