We’re looking for an RPO Recruiter—a driven and experienced recruitment professional who can fully own the RPO hiring process, from sourcing and screening to candidate endorsement and onsite applicant support.

This role is a unique blend of remote efficiency and in-person engagement, making you a key player in recruitment strategy and delivering a standout candidate experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Full Recruitment Cycle: From posting jobs to sourcing, screening, endorsing candidates, and coordinating interviews with BPO client teams.
  • Conduct High-Volume Outreach: Call and screen 100–200+ leads daily to assess fit, availability, and interest.
  • Source Across Multiple Channels: Leverage job boards, social media, referrals, databases, and events to build a quality talent pipeline.
  • Manage Onsite Applicants: Assist walk-in candidates with forms, screenings, and interview coordination to ensure a smooth in-person experience.
  • Endorse & Schedule: Present qualified candidates and manage scheduling using automation tools and calendars.
  • Oversee Candidate Journey: Provide timely updates, follow-ups, and communication to ensure a professional, engaging process from start to finish.
  • Leverage AI & Automation: Use tools like ChatGPT, CRM automations, and ATS workflows to streamline sourcing and engagement.
  • Report & Collaborate: Track KPI, update lead status, and work with recruitment and operations to meet hiring goals and weekly targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in RPO, BPO, staffing, or fast-paced startup environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong phone screening and candidate assessment abilities.
  • Comfortable managing high call volumes and working within tight recruitment timelines.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and digital scheduling tools such as Calendly or Google Calendar.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and recruitment automation platforms to enhance productivity across sourcing, screening, and follow-up tasks.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and consistently meet hiring targets.


Nice to Have:

  • Experience managing onsite recruitment, job fairs, or walk-in applicant processing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
