We are urgently seeking a dynamic and experienced Capabilities Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of impactful sales training programs for our pharmaceutical sales force. The successful candidate will have at least three years of proven experience in pharma sales training and be ready to start immediately.

As the Capabilities Manager, you will play a key role in building sales force excellence through innovative training initiatives, aligning learning strategies with commercial goals and compliance standards.

Requirements

●    Develop and execute comprehensive training programs for field sales teams, covering therapeutic area knowledge, selling skills, and compliance protocols.

●    Conduct training needs assessments and tailor learning interventions to close capability gaps.

●    Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Medical, Compliance, HR) to align training with strategic goals.

●    Deliver engaging, high-impact training through live workshops, virtual classrooms, coaching, and e-learning modules.

●    Continuously measure training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.

●    Drive onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring consistent and effective integration into the organization.

●    Support and coach sales managers in developing their teams’ capabilities.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

●    Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred).

●    Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales training or capability development.

●    Strong understanding of pharmaceutical field force dynamics, with knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks.

●    Skilled in instructional design, facilitation, and performance coaching.

●    Proficient in digital learning platforms and LMS tools.

●    Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.

●    Availability to start immediately is highly preferred.
