Description

Job Title: Fund Sales

Work Format: Distributed Office


Core Responsibilities


1. Client Resource Development and Expansion

Make full use of the high-net-worth client network and institutional client resources accumulated, and deeply explore potential business opportunities.

Independently develop new channels for high-net-worth clients or institutional partners, establishing and maintaining long-term stable cooperative relationships.


2. Product Sales and Target Achievement:

Actively drive the sales process and meet or exceed the sales targets set for individuals and teams (AUM/Sales Volume).


3. Client Relationship Maintenance and Service:

Provide continuous, professional, and efficient pre-sales, in-sales, and post-sales services to high-net-worth clients or institutional clients.

Conduct regular client follow-ups to understand changes in client needs, and timely provide market information, product operation reports, and investment advice.

Address client inquiries to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.


4. Market Information Collection and Analysis:

Sharp insights into market dynamics, industry trends, and competitor situations.

Collect and feedback client needs and market information to provide decision-making support for company product design and market strategies.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

Rich network of high-net-worth clients: Possess a mature client base of high-net-worth individuals that can be directly reached and served, with strong client relationships and conversion capabilities.

Solid institutional client resources: Have a stable foundation of cooperation with large institutional clients and the ability to drive substantial business collaborations.

3-5 years or more of successful experience in sales of financial products or premium services, with outstanding sales abilities.

Excellent communication and coordination skills, negotiation techniques, interpersonal skills, and business development capabilities.

Strong goal orientation and results-driven mindset, with the ability to achieve challenging targets under high-pressure environments.

Ability to learn quickly, with the capacity to rapidly understand complex fund product knowledge and financial market dynamics.

Bachelor's degree or above, no specific major required (preferably in finance, economics, or management, but not mandatory).

Previous successful sales experience in the financial industry (private banking/wealth management, brokerage, trust, third-party wealth management, fund companies, etc.), large payment platforms (such as Alipay Wealth, WeChat Wealth Management, etc. involving high-end wealth management sales), or insurance companies (especially in sales of complex insurance products/annuities to high-net-worth clients or institutional clients) is preferred.
