Description
- The Budget and Forecasting Analyst is responsible for supporting the financial planning and budget management of the company, assists in consolidation, reporting and analysis of financial results.
- The role is responsible for updating the Project financials, comparing the Latest Estimate vs Approval to Launch.
- This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting, providing insights to support strategic decision-making, and maintaining financial discipline within the organization.
Requirements
- Must have at least 2-3 years of related experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
- A graduate of BS Accountancy or any accounting related
- Preferably a holder of CPA license or similar certifications
- Accounting Operations for Real Estate Development
- MS Office Applications particularly Excel
- Enterprise Resource Planning Systems (i.e., SAP)
