Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • At least 2-3 years of solid experience in Sales, preferably handling Travel Agencies, Tour Operators, Corporate Accounts, or Hotel Sales
  • Experience in a Serviced Residences, Hotel, or Hospitality industry is an advantage
  • Existing network and established relationships with Travel Agencies, OTAs, and Corporate Clients preferred


Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong account management skills with the ability to generate new leads and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Goal-oriented, driven, and results-focused
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or Hotel Sales systems is a plus


Responsibilities:

  • Handle and manage travel trade accounts (Travel Agencies, Wholesalers, OTAs, etc.)
  • Drive room night production and revenue from assigned accounts
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow existing accounts and develop new business
  • Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and site inspections
  • Represent The Alpha Suites in sales events, travel fairs, and industry-related activities
  • Prepare sales reports and updates to Sales Leader
  • Collaborate closely with Reservations, Revenue, and Marketing Teams for sales initiatives
  • Ensure high level of client satisfaction and retention

  • Willing to work onsite (Makati-based) and flexible with schedule depending on business needs
