About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Asst. Accounting Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial documents and reports, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. This position is best suited for someone with a solid background in accounting, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
• Compile and review financial information to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare financial forms, documents, and reports in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate books and records in accordance with best practices.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial statements.
• Support tax filings, accounts receivables/payables, and payroll processing.
• Prepare materials and documentation for audits and regulatory reviews.
• Ensure compliance with national and local legal regulations and requirements.
• Maintain and organize records and filing systems.
• Communicate with clients regarding accounting-related matters.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
• Experience in an auditing firm is a strong advantage.
• Background in fund accounting within a brokerage or mutual fund firm is a plus.
• Familiarity with banking, financial services, and asset management products is preferred.
• Understanding of trust and investment regulations and industry trends is an asset.
• Experience with trading systems (e.g., Bloomberg) is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
