Description

Oversee Daily Store Operations

  • Visit multiple stores regularly to check if operations are running smoothly and according to brand standards.
  • Support store teams in solving daily issues and improving efficiency.


Support Store Staff

  • Coordinate with Store OICs on staffing needs, scheduling, and team performance.
  • Help train and guide staff to deliver excellent customer service and uphold the brand’s luxury image.


Maintain Visual Merchandising Standards

  • Ensure store displays, mannequins, and overall presentation follow brand guidelines.
  • Assist with seasonal updates, promotional setups, and visual improvements.


Liaise with Mall Administration

  • Serve as the main point of contact between the stores and mall management.
  • Handle mall-related concerns such as maintenance issues, permits, and events.


Monitor Inventory and Stock Levels

  • Check if stores have the right stock levels and product availability.
  • Coordinate with warehouse or other branches for replenishment or transfers.


Report and Recommend Improvements

  • Submit reports after each store visit covering store condition, team feedback, visual execution, and any concerns.
  • Suggest practical improvements to enhance store performance and customer experience.


Support Events and Store Openings

  • Assist in new store setups, product launches, or in-store events as needed.
  • Provide on-site support during high-traffic periods or sales events

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in retail operations or store coordination.
  • Previous experience with premium or luxury brands is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with golf products and lifestyle is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and coordination abilities.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to multitask across multiple store locations.
  • Detail-oriented with an eye for visual merchandising and in-store presentation.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience in POS or inventory systems is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and conduct regular visits to retail store branches.
  • Must be flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
