Description
- Help customers with a variety of services and questions.
- Assist in planning and organizing events.
- Work together with team members to improve our service offerings.

Requirements
- Education is not a requirement; a passion for service is essential.
- We're looking for candidates with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- You should be skilled in customer service, basic troubleshooting, effective communication, teamwork, and have a good understanding of games.
- Your role will involve assisting customers with their inquiries, providing troubleshooting support, and working closely with team members to improve our service delivery.
- Expect a fast-paced environment, and be willing to work on a shifting schedule including weekends and holidays
- We need someone reliable, adaptable, and has strong interpersonal skills.
