説明
- Process accounts receivable transactions in a timely and accurate manner
- Follow up with customers on outstanding payments and maintain updated records of customer accounts
- Prepare and send invoices to customers
- Reconcile accounts receivable records to ensure accuracy
- Assist with monthly closing procedures and provide support to the finance team as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
要件
- Graduate of any 4 years course
- Familiarity in MS Excel, MS Word
- Patient and ability to manage stress
- Good communication skills
- w/ pleasant personality
- w/ background in Accounting
- 1-2 yrs handling collection follow ups
