Description

  • Responding to customer chats via WhatsApp, Instagram, Shopee, Tokopedia, etc.
  • Processing and recording incoming orders daily.
  • Inputting order data into the system or spreadsheet.
  • Coordinating with the warehouse/packaging department for shipping items.
  • Assisting customers in selecting products and answering product inquiries.
  • Following up on unpaid or pending orders.
  • Ensuring all shipments are smooth and timely.
  • Creating daily/weekly sales reports as needed.
  • Assisting in creating and scheduling social media posts (if necessary).

Requirements

  • Female/Male aged 18-35 years.
  • Must have a laptop/smartphone and a stable internet connection.
  • Proficient in using chat applications and marketplaces (WhatsApp, Instagram, Shopee, Tokopedia).
  • Detail-oriented, agile, and communicative.
  • Experience as an online shop admin is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Willing to work according to store operating hours (for example: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM WIB).
