Description
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Handle communication via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Maintain filing systems and perform data entry tasks.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations.
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), strong written communication, and analytical thinking.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in office management, data entry, document preparation, and communication with clients.
- Working Conditions: Office setting with standard working hours; may require occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team.
