Description
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Manage schedules, including meetings and appointments.
- Handle correspondence and communications.
- Maintain filing systems and organization of documents.
- Assist in project coordination and reporting.
- Support team members with various tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Experience Level: Minimum of 2 years in an administrative role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office, data entry, organizational skills, and help desk support.
- Working Conditions: Office environment; may require overtime during busy periods.
- Qualities: Strong time management, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
