Description

  • Oversee administrative tasks to enhance operational efficiency and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Supervise and coordinate driver schedules.
  • Procure materials, tools, and supplies by gathering requirements, negotiating prices, quality, and delivery.
  • Ensure facilities are stocked with necessary supplies and services, maintaining office conditions and arranging repairs as needed.
  • Implement plans, policies, and programs related to property, equipment, supplies, housekeeping, and safety.
  • Monitor office expenditures, adhere to budgets, provide input for budget preparation, schedule expenditures, analyze variances, and make budget recommendations.
  • Manage stationery and equipment supplies, coordinate office admin repairs as needed.
  • Maintain records, prepare reports, and draft correspondence to third-party partners as necessary.
  • Supervise new permit and license applications and renewals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in 1 - 2 years' administrative roles.
  • With at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity (advantage)
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of office management principles and procedures.
