Respond to customer chats or messages from marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc.).
Manage orders, stock, and input products online.
Create and organize simple content (captions, photos, posting schedule) for digital promotion.
Compile online sales reports and daily activities.
Maintain friendly and responsive communication with customers.
Assist in the packaging process or coordinate with the warehouse team (if needed).
Answer product-related questions and resolve customer complaints online.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiar with using marketplace platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, Bukalapak, Lazada) and social media (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp).
Minimum high school/vocational school (preferably candidates with a associate/bachelor's degree in Administration, Management, or Communication).
Meticulous and detail-oriented.
Able to work with targets and under pressure.
Possesses initiative and is proactive in completing tasks.
Exhibits a friendly, patient, and professional demeanor in communicating with customers.
