Description

Perform data entry for accounts payable and receivable.
Provide clerical and admin support to the Accounting Department.
Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records and documents.
Reconcile financial accounts and ensure reporting accuracy.
Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database
Support internal staff with timely financial information.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in records.
Maintain confidentiality of all financial information.
Perform other relevant tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Graduate of BS Accountancy or other related course. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong understanding of tax regulations, financial reporting, and accounting principles.
Proficiency in MS Office Applications; familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Willing to work in Quezon City and/or Mandaluyong
