We are currently looking for an Accounting Associate who will be working with Connext's Client in the United States of America.

The Accounting Associate will be responsible for financial coding, price benchmarking, administrative tasks related to client contracts, and leveraging advanced Excel skills to generate reports. This role requires effective communication with US-based clients and the ability to work independently.


Responsibilities:


  • Perform financial coding tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Conduct price benchmarking to facilitate sourcing solutions for clients.
  • Handle administrative functions related to the collection, classification, and loading of client contracts using internal tools.
  • Utilize advanced knowledge of Excel to generate reports, including the use of Pivot tables and basic formulas such as VLOOKUP and INDEX-MATCH.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent working experience.
  • At least one (1) to three (3) years of experience in accounting-related tasks such as invoicing and bank reconciliations.
  • Must have project and contract management experience
  • Minimum of one (1) year of hands-on experience using QuickBase.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets, generate reports, and utilize functions.
  • Detail-oriented approach to tasks with a focus on accuracy and precision in data entry and record-keeping.
