Description
- Strong communication skills — both verbal and written.
- Ability to collect and receive payments from clients professionally and efficiently.
- Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts, ensuring timely collections
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Excel, accounting software)
- Working knowledge of MS Office and database
- Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques
- Keeping accurate records and reporting on collection activity
Requirements
- Must hold a certificate from a vocational course or be a graduate of any bachelor's or associate degree.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Billing & Collection
