Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field

At least 1 year of experience in front desk, customer service, or administrative roles

Strong empathy and tact when interacting with bereaved families and visitors

Professional appearance and demeanor; ability to maintain calm and composure under emotional circumstances

Basic knowledge of office equipment (phones, printers, scheduling software
