The Role 

We're expanding our development team and need more recruiters.

You will conduct first interviews with candidates, introduce our company, and ask about their relevant experience.

What You’ll Do 

- Screen candidates via video call. 

- Introduce Ironclad Ledger and explain what we do. 

- Assess candidates for role fit and experience.

Must-Haves

- Exceptional English fluency: Your spoken and written English is polished, professional, and persuasive. 

- A great first impression: You’re articulate, engaging, and can confidently represent our company’s vision.

Nice to Have 

- Experience recruiting for blockchain, Web3, or software roles. 

- Prior experience as a recruiter.

Compensation 

This is a part-time position. You will be paid weekly based on the number of interviews you conduct. Bonuses are also available for successful meetings that move forward in the hiring process.
