We are looking for a skilled Recruitment Specialist who have strong recruitment background and proven record in filling out vacancies assigned.

• Be actively involved in recruitment by posting ads and doing the full cycle recruitment
• Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
• Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
• Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, and social media.
• Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
• Assessing an applicant’s knowledge, skills, and experience to suit open positions.

• Graduate of Psychology or Human Resource Development
• Proven experience in Recruitment with strong and solid background in full cycle recruitment
• Possesses the ability to think out of the box
• Strategic: will look for ways to address the manpower requirements
• Has a very good sense of urgency
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
• Strong ethics and reliability
• Willing to work onsite at Ermita, Manila
