説明

  • Candidate Screening: Responsible for screening resumes to determine which candidates meet the minimum requirements. Recruiters then move chosen candidates on to the next step in the hiring process.

  • Interviewing: Responsible for conducting initial interviews, which are then used to narrow the number of potential candidates who will be interviewed by the hiring manager. Will set up interview appointments between the chosen candidates and the hiring manager.

  • Reference and Background Checks: Responsible for conducting reference checks by verifying employment information and contacting the professional and personal contacts provided by the candidate.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs

  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.

  • Screening resumes

  • Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates

  • Performing reference and background checks

  • Making recommendations to company hiring managers

  • Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers

  • Following up on the interview process status

  • Completing timely reports on employment activity

  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter

  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews

  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong decision-making skills
