Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Specialist located in Makati. The Property Specialist will be responsible for managing property sales, assisting potential clients, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include showcasing properties to clients, handling inquiries, negotiating sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
• Experience in Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate
• Proven Sales experience and abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus
