説明

  • Design and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
  • Monitor production lines and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Analyze workflow and identify areas for cost reduction.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Support new product introductions and process validation.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and work instructions.
  • Train production staff on new procedures and best practices.
  • Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Evaluate equipment performance and recommend upgrades or maintenance.


  • Salary: 20,000-25,000

芁件

  • College Graduate with or without PRC License. Preferred Graduate of Civil Engineering.
  • Supervising manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner.
  • Identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices.
  • Analyzing all facets of production and recommendations for improvement.
  • Strong leadership and ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Experience as PCO or Safety Officer is an advantage.
