The Product Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to effectively position, promote, and drive the adoption of products within the target market. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, marketing expertise, and in-depth product knowledge to align product features with customer needs, ensuring competitive positioning and market success.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and market research to launch and continuous improvement.
• This role requires strong analytical skills, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a deep understanding of customer needs to drive business growth. And responsible for studying market trends and identifying gaps, wherein to provide solutions that are relevant to address the consumer pain points.
• Work with cross functional team in sourcing, qualifying, demanding for the needed features, getting the best price without compromising performance and quality.
• Fuel the innovation funnel, process each product under the innovation funnel through the launch process.
• Close collaboration with the sales, marketing and other functions in creating the GTM, pricing strategy, brand building efforts.
• Launch of the new product and post-launch tracking in order to ensure that plan is executed.
• Prepare and create portfolio/ line up recommendation—identify product that is needed by the market. Alignment of the product’s products positioning and matching claims with the identified brand vertices.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma / Master's degree, Business Studies/Administration/Marketing Management or equivalent.
• At least 5-8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Alabang.
