• Create and maintain the PMS schedule for third-party trucks in the assigned area.
• Coordinate with fleet partners and service providers to ensure timely and complete maintenance work.
• Track completion and compliance of PMS activities using checklists and documentation tools. Ensure that all trucks are maintained on time.
• Validate the scope and quality of PMS performed by mechanics and vendors, including physical inspections when needed.
• Analyze vehicle history and recommend adjustments to the maintenance schedule based on usage and condition.
• Work closely with the Area Mechanic Lead to flag non-compliant vendors or recurring PMS gaps.
• Consolidate and submit reports on PMS compliance, cost, and performance trends.
  
  

• Graduate of a vocational course or TESDA-accredited program in Automotive Servicing, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar field is an advantage but not required.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in fleet maintenance, PMS planning, or a related logistics support function.
• Knowledgeable in truck preventive maintenance requirements and documentation practices.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
